STATEWIDE -- The bracket has been set for the 2023 North Dakota State Girls Hockey Tournament at Minot's MAYSA Arena. Play will begin at 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, and will continue through Saturday, with the State Championship Game scheduled for 3 p.m.

STATEWIDE -- The North Dakota Girls Hockey regular season is down to its final week, and there is still a lot to play for as teams head into the final days before the state tournament.
Fargo Davies and Fargo North-South are the only two teams to have locked in their post-season seeds. Davies will enter the state tournament as the #1 seed, while Fargo North-South will enter the tournament as the #2 seed when teams descend on Minot's MAYSA Arena in two weeks. The other teams in the state are listed below, with their possible final seeding in parenthesis. The top eight teams will advance to state: 1 - Fargo Davies 2 - Fargo North-South Mandan (#3, #4 or #5) Minot (#4 or #5) West Fargo United (#3, #4, #5 or #6) Grand Forks (#6, #7 or #8) Bismarck High/Legacy (#5, #6, #7, #8 or #9) Williston (#7, #8 or #9) Bismarck Century (#6, #7, #8) ---- Jamestown (#10, #11 or #12) Devils Lake (#10, #11 or #12) Dickinson (#10, #11 or #12) Dickinson, Jamestown and Devils Lake have all been eliminated from the state tournament. Digital North Media announces broadcast plans for 2023 North Dakota Girls State Hockey Tournament2/8/2023 (Fargo, ND) -- Digital North Media, a Fargo-based broadcast company, announced Wednesday morning that it will provide play-by-play audio coverage of the 2023 North Dakota State Girls Hockey Tournament from the MAYSA Arena in Minot, N.D. The tournament will take place March 2-4, with four games held Thursday and Friday and three games held on Saturday.
"We are excited to be able to offer this coverage of every single game from the State Girls Hockey Tournament in Minot this season," Digital North Media Vice President Chris Larson said. "We will provide the opportunity for exposure for student-athletes that may not receive this type of coverage throughout their regular seasons at their respective schools." The coverage will include a 30-minute program to begin each day. The daily program will feature a recap of the previous day's games, plus a preview of the current day's games. The coverage will be available via Digital North Media's website, www.digitalnorthmedia.com. The company's streaming provider, Network1Sports, a Las Vegas-based company, will host the broadcast through their platform, but a direct link will be placed on the Digital North Media website.
